Introduction to Corporate Group Tour in Nepal

Spanning less than 300km, this 12 days corporate tour connects UNESCO cities, national parks, spiritual capitals, and the top MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) destination in Nepal. This journey begins in the Kathmandu Valley, home to seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and continues to the Himalayan viewpoints of Nagarkot and the medieval city of Bhaktapur.

Outside the valley, the tour moves into the ecological and philosophical center of Nepal. Chitwan (the first national park of Nepal) is one of the most successful conservation models of Asia, protecting over 700 wildlife species. Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, connects corporate groups to a global monastic zone supported by 20+ countries.

The tour concludes in Pokhara. It is the prime leisure and MICE-friendly city in Nepal. With its lakeside setting, mountain, and good infrastructure, Pokhara provides the ideal environment for corporate events, celebrations, and gatherings. Overall, this multi-region journey spreads across hills, plains, and spiritual centers of Nepal by covering over 70% of the nation’s cultural diversity.

A corporate learning session takes place along with sightseeing. The guide explains how old market areas grew around temples and palaces. These markets still play a key role in trading metal crafts, spices, textiles, and ritual items.

The day ends with a Tibetan food hunt near Boudhanath, home to one of the largest Tibetan communities in South Asia. You can have traditional dishes like momos, thukpa, choila, and butter tea. The food experience becomes a cultural lesson, not just a meal. Sharing dishes encourages conversation and connection, which is perfect for a corporate group.

The day begins with a guided visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. It is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Nepal. The city was once on a main trade route between Tibet and India, which helped it grow as a center of art and commerce. Landmarks like the 55-Window Palace, the Golden Gate, and the Nyatapola Temple stand as proof of advanced engineering from the 17th century.

A pottery session follows in the traditional pottery square (Kumha Tole) after exploring the area. The activity shows how skill, patience, and teamwork are important in both pottery and group work. The trip then continues to Nagarkot (2,175m), known for its beautiful Himalayan range views of Annapurna and Everest. Later in the evening, a small campfire creates a space for discussion.

Chitwan

On this day, you’ll depart Nagarkot after an early breakfast for a private drive to the Chitwan district. Chitwan supports one of Nepal’s strongest tourism-based economies due to its wildlife and Tharu heritage. In the late afternoon, your group will engage in a guided “Taste of Tharu” experience. You can try unique flavors of the Terai region, such as Ghonghi, Dhikri, Taas, and Bagiya.

In the evening, the group attends a cultural program at New Sauraha Tharu House from 7 to 9 p.m. The show includes stick and peacock dances that come from Tharu farming traditions and stories. In the past, these dances were performed during harvest time and community gatherings. This cultural experience builds understanding and creates a space for group bonding after a long travel day.

Chitwan

Chitwan National Park covers more than 950 sq km and has one of the highest wildlife densities in South Asia. The park protects over 700 animal species, including the one-horned rhinoceros and Bengal tiger. A guided jungle safari takes you to these areas under strict conservation rules. Trained guides share facts about the animals and park management.

On the day, we can also include a visit to the elephant breeding center (Khorsor) and the gharial breeding center (Kasara), depending on your team’s preference. These centers help in wildlife recovery programs that began in the late 20th century. The number of gharials dropped because of river pollution and loss of habitat. Breeding programs now release young gharials into protected rivers. Photography sessions are also done from a safe distance using natural light.

Migratory birds from Siberia, including Bar-headed GeeseBrahminy DucksPintails, and resident birds like the Great Hornbill, Bengal Florican, and various Kingfishers, come here for food. They also indicate the health of the rivers and forests.

After the bird session, the journey continues toward Lumbini. It lies in the southern plains near the Nepal-India border. Lumbini attracts millions of pilgrims each year due to its spiritual importance. It is home to Lord Gautam Buddha.

Monasteries built by different countries around these places show how Buddhism spread across Asia.

The afternoon focuses on a guided meditation session. The session takes place in a Lumbini Crane Sanctuary or a hall at the Dhamma Janani Vipassana Center. A senior monk or coach teaches techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and build leadership skills required for a corporate team to perform better.
