Overview

Mt. Manaslu (8156m) was first summited in 1956 by the Japanese Expedition team. It is situated in the northwest of Kathmandu, between Annapurna and Ganesh Himal range. The Manaslu expedition package is organized the adventurous heart and hanging on the exploratory and steepest slide of Manaslu. The eighth tallest Himalayan peak in the world, Manaslu stay always with a colossal stack of snow that always welcome the climbers.

Manaslu expedition trip commences from Aarughat or Soti Khola, the lower part of the Manaslu trek. It is a daring trip that leads you gradually through Samdo and Sama Gaun, the spectacular indigenous villages that are culturally important. Walking through the Budi Gandaki gorge and ascending through the rhododendron forest are refreshing as well. It is also the same trail that leads to the technical Larke Pass (5160m). With an acclimatization, the trek leads to Manaslu base camp from here and set a camp around 4895 meters, and mostly you find this place full of snow. Waiting the fine weather, ascending for the climbing practice to summit the Manaslu peak and having good expedition skill, you crawl over the glacial slope. Dealing the trail from Camp II to III is easier than to camp II. The stunning mountain panoramas endowed from the top of Manaslu give you smile. It is dazzling vistas of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Lamjung Himalayas.

  • All tent for base  camp  with camp 1, 2, 3 ,4.
  • Comprehensive medical kit.
  • Sleeping bag & down jacket on request.
  • All necessary paperwork, office Service charge and Government Taxes levied in Nepal
  • All wages, equipment, medical and accidental Insurances for all staffs in the expedition
  • Farewell Dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with domestic culture show in Kathmandu before departure.

What's not Included?

  • Lunch and Dinner during your stay in Kathmandu .
  • Any packed food/snacks, drinks, energy drinks, mineral water, alcohol, cigarettes, chocolates, nutria-bars or any other food consumed beyond the prescribed breakfast, lunch and  dinner, etc.
  • Items of personal nature, Laundry Expenses, Tips.
  • Expenses incurred towards usage of landlines, mobiles, walkies,talkies or satellite phone and Internet expenses.
  • Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Camera/Video Fees or Trekking Gears.
  • Any extra expenses arising out of various/unforeseen situations like natural calamities, landslides, political disturbances, strikes, changes in Government regulations, etc
  • Transportation is not on disposal basis. It is strictly as per the itinerary. Any extra distance traveled will be charged extra.
